All event bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges. We reserve the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
Some events have age restrictions. Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each event. Valid identification may be required for age verification.
All attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to remove any person from an event for inappropriate behavior without refund. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, attendees participate in events at their own risk. Stargate Enterprises is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses incurred during events.
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.
All payments must be made in advance. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
